Account Suspension & Termination

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the olx168 support team. Any valid net balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the member within 3–5 business days after the account closure investigation is completed.

In the event of a suspension pending investigation, olx168 will notify the relevant member of their account status via their registered email within 72 hours from the date of suspension.
